Privacy & Housekeeping: Our guest’s privacy is very important to us. Complimentary daily housekeeping service will only be provided upon your request. We do not enter your room during your stay for any reason unless you request it. Only in case of necessity or emergency will we enter your room without your permission. If any guests thinks they are in a rock band and damage the room or leave it in an untenable condition, extra cleaning and repair charges will apply at replacement cost and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rates: Fresno County currently has no room tax. Weekday rates are Sunday through Thursday. Weekend rates are Friday and Saturday. Extra person charge of $20.00 for guests 11 or over will be applied for any additional guests above the standard listed room occupancy shown below. Children 10 or under are free. Extra charge of $20.00 per night if the rollaway bed is used. Room rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may vary. Some rooms and cabins require minimum stays.

Bear’s Den Cabin, Cowboy Cabin – Standard Room Occupancy is 3 adults
Log Cabin – Standard Room Occupancy is 3 adults
Honeymoose Cabin – Standard Room Occupancy is 2 adults
Fishing Suite – Standard Room Occupancy is 3 adults
Ski Suite – Standard Room Occupancy is 6 adults
Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended as rooms’ book up fast during the summer and winter seasons. Reservations can be made online at email@example.com, over the phone at (559) 841-8289 or walk-ins at the front desk.
CANCELLATIONS: IMPORTANT! Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made with at least 5 days written notice will not be charged unless for multiple rooms (more than 1), extended stays (4 days or more) or major holidays. Cancellations made with less than 5 days written notice are not refundable and your stay will be charged in full. Multiple room reservations, extended stays and major holidays have a 14 day written cancellation policy. All cancellations must be via email.In the event you call the front desk for a cancellation, such cancellation will not be effective until you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation within the above stated time frames. Your email to the hotel or confirmation email from the hotel is your proof of cancellation within the above timeframes. Make sure you get the email confirmation!! Send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Departure before your scheduled departure date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Reservations made within 5 days of your stay or within 14 days of a multiple room, extended stay or major holiday are NOT refundable. Hotel staff is not in a position to police the reasons for each cancellation. In an effort to be consistent and fair to all guests, cancellations made due to acts of god, weather, fire, injury and all other emergencies will all be charged in full. We fully understand how onerous this policy may appear and how it may cause hard feelings, so PLEASE be very careful in making your reservations to avoid any unnecessary cancellation charges.
Smoking: Out of courtesy to our other guest, there is NO SMOKING within any of the rooms, cabins, bunkhouses or lodge room. Smoking IS permitted in the public areas. Unfortunately, the cost to clean rooms where guests have smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, guests will be charged a $250.00 room cleaning fee plus any damage incurred if found to be violating the smoking policy.
